About Fitness Factory
I’m the founder of Bodyworx Gym for Women, created out of a passion for providing a space where women can feel truly comfortable and confident while training. After working in a ladies-only gym and seeing the strong sense of community it fostered, I knew how important that environment was.
When that gym closed, many women were left searching for a space that offered the same comfort and support. At the time, I was helping run a mixed gym with my partner, but I saw the growing need for a dedicated space for women. In April 2013, I opened Bodyworx as a women-only gym — a place where women could come together, support each other, and train without pressure. Now, over 12 years later, I’m proud to still be running Bodyworx and supporting our strong, inspiring community of women.
